US, EU, UK. Orders ship from the Printify Premium facility closest to you.

Processing time

2–5 business days from order to dispatch.

Delivery time

US: 3–5 business days. EU / UK: 5–7 business days. Rest of world: 7–14 business days.

Shipping costs

Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Duties & taxes

International orders may incur duties or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & exchanges

30-day return window from delivery date for defects, print errors, wrong items, or damage in transit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition.

To start a return: email info@imprnt.shop with your order number and a photo. We respond within 2 business days.

What's not accepted

Items past 30 days from delivery. Items damaged through wear. ICON capsules outside the defect window (limited pressings).

Lost packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package didn't arrive, contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to locate or replace.
